We integrate resiliency and sustainability requirements necessary to support long-term functionality and value. 

Based on that, we will aid you through the entire project by ensuring your goals and requirements are communicated and understood by the design team, general contractor or similar, checking the documents, drawings, reports etc. so that any decisions you have to make are based on full understanding of its pros, cons, and consequences. We will participate in meetings for you or along you as you may prefer.

This is sometimes also called Project Management Services.

In some cases, we can also provide agency construction management.

We can step in at any time in the process, and for any duration, to support, assist, or essentially take charge of the owner's role with the aim of seeing the project finalized as the owner expects.

We add value to our client’s investments by ensuring among other things that:  

• Capital investments are right-sized and aligned with the vision, ambition, goals, and budget of our client.
• Ensuring owner relevant resiliency and sustainability is integrated from the beginning of the design to avoid costly add-ons and/or failure to retain functionality and/or value in the medium to long term.
• Changes during design and construction phases won´t have “unforeseen” functional, CapEx and/or OpEx consequences, and if they do, assist in mitigating the effects or finding alternative solutions.
• Changes to user/tenant mix, tenant requirements, etc. does not impact already agreed or built solutions, and if they do, assist in negotiations with tenants to mitigate such effect or help find alternative solutions.
• Our clients receive the correct scope of work in the agreed quality and function through our persistent follow up

Krifcon provides Sustainability and Resiliency consulting as an integrated service under Client Advisory or as a stand-alone service.

We provide owners, developers, contractors, architects, and engineers with a holistic approach to sustainability, resiliency, and energy efficiency - and always with an eye on the economics - throughout any or all of a project's many phases, from planning to design to occupancy.
Our approach to sustainability is to keep it simple, and integrate as many passive measures as possible, using location, function, design, and usage to minimize energy and resource consumption before we introduce active intelligent systems and renewable energy options. 

Krifcon has experience in delivering LEED Administration and/or assistance for projects in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Furthermore, we provide assistance with achieving EU Green Building status for projects in the European Union.

Essentially, we become a representative for your company and participate in projects including meetings and presentations on your behalf. Scope and level of involvement is agreed in advance.

Krifcon also provides Technical Due Diligence (TDD) in connection with property transactions.

Furthermore, Krifcon provides Location Consulting. We assist clients looking for a location in North America or Scandinavia with finding the optimal location, locate and scout available land for greenfield projects or existing buildings for refurbishment or demolition if relevant.
